The Lance Turret can be found on the gabled roof of the Town Hall, a landmark of the town. The figure-bedecked clock does not only show the ox of the town crest, but the astronomical clock also shows the day of the month and the current phase of the moon. Beside the town crest, you can see the embodiment of youth, old age and death in the form of a virgin, a group of councillors, and a skeleton respectively.
